Will Anderson and his wife Linda are opening an actual barbecue take out restaurant. This decision was made after family and friends kept urging them to open a restaurant. They have always praised their cooking, saying they should share their talents with the public.

They are building this restaurant in the previous Gyro City Restaurant. This is a family affair; Linda, who is a native of Ashland, will be running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Will is in charge of barbecuing the meat with his own secret sauce. Linda’s brother, Greg Larue, is spear heading the remodeling of the building. Their niece, Lisa Williams, will be helping her in the operation of the restaurant.

Will and Linda have named this barbecue restaurant Belly Busters B-B-Q. The restaurant will have a Hickory Smoker, which is only the third of its kind in Ohio. All of their entrees will be smoked in this hickory smoker. Linda says she is not done with the menu yet, but it will include such items as barbeque chicken, smoked turkey legs and of course barbecue chicken wings. Linda says that everything will be made on the premise and will, of course, be delicious.

Linda has stated that she is working to have the restaurant open in three to four weeks. Linda, Ashland’s bellies will be waiting for your opening.
